I made this short film in 2012 for a project in grad school. The theme was bricolage: a creation made from a diverse range of available things. I used a whiteboard and dry erase markers to tell this story, and supplemented my drawings with antique photos and paper cut-outs. I shot the entire movie in my living room over spring break with my iPhone camera and hand-drew every frame (save for a couple that were cleaned up with Photoshop--my markers eventually ran out of ink and the project was due in eight hours.) I've lost the original photographs, so the video quality is very poor, but the film has remained one of my favorite projects to this day.
